Notes - Ok folks (all 2 of y'all), I'm about to get tricky here and play a mind game with myself and y'all too. :D It is very hard to do my end of week reports on a weekend and after an UD (Up Day) and a MD (Medium Day), so I'm going to change my weekly reporting period to occur on Saturday Morning - the day after a DD (Down Day from Fridays). I generally see significant losses and then I have a weight bounce after it. So I want to report on the days of losses. :D Tricky, right? And a purely psychological head game, but I need it right now. So the week will consist of Sunday - Saturday. Reporting Saturday morning.
Eating is going fine. My appetite is returning as I've knocked back on the breathing treatments and the high doses of inhaled cortisone have worked on my system. But appetite isn't raging and I'm maintaining control over things. Control is good. Control means weight loss.
Woke up with terrible leg cramps again this morning. But on a brighter note, my breathing and chest felt better yesterday.
