Notes - Oh, holy crap! What another craptacular day yesterday turned into. Don't mean to be a Debbie Downer, so apologies in advance. Can't go into detail here but things are not as cut and dried as they seem regarding our ceiling and plumbing repairs. Oy veh. (For a Texan, I sure like that saying. Hmm. Curious.)
Stress is not my friend. Newsflash, eh? Had to put up more tape on the ginormous holes in our ceiling last night. The bad attic air was raining down on my clean kitchen counters. Thankfully I hadn't returned all the items to their rightful homes on my countertops. So it was a relatively painless fix. But dang, that stuff in the attic plays fast and loose with my lungs.
Don't have a lot to report this morning. Woke several times. One time with HUGE cramps in my legs. Don't know what's going on with that. I took a Cal/Mag pill. Had a magnesium level drawn and I'm "high normal" so don't fully understand what's going on. Will just watch it and see if it get's bad or worsens. I accidentally took 2 Vitamin D pills last night (10000 IU), so maybe that's what happened. Calcium was normal from the last blood draw too.
Weight is back down. Busted the 220lb barrier. Yay me. No big whoop. The scale is doing what the scale SHOULD be doing.

Kiddo, I have to say, that reading your daily trials and tribulations makes me get on my knees and thank God for all my good fortune. And this coming from a guy who thought his middle name was 'Murphy'. (Now watch me go and jinx it!)
