Nutrition Totals - None
Wake - 7:30am
Breakfast - 3c Decaff Coffee, black, unsweetened
Cheddar Kitchen Sink Omelet (2 Eggs, 1-1/2oz Cheddar, 1/2c Kitchen Sink Veggies: Mushrooms, Yellow Squash, Radish, Onion, Green Onion, Jalapeno, Garlic, Spinach and Tomato)
Lunch - 1 can Sardines
2 Tbsp Mustard
8 Pork Rinds
Dinner - 2 Low Carb Pork Enchiladas Verdes (2 homemade tortillas, 3oz pork, 1oz Monterey jack cheese, 1/4c Tomatillo Salsa, 2 Tbsp SourCream)
1 Side Salad (Romaine, radishes, cucumber, red onion, cilantro, 1/4 avocado, 1 wedge lime, 2 tbsp House Vinaigrette)
Bed - 11:00pm
Notes - This is the last day of the Circadian Rhythm reset. Tomorrow I will be back to my JUDDD schedule until about 5 days prior to surgery when I will go out of ketosis and concentrate on eating lots of protein. The PS (plastic surgeon) has told me repeatedly he does not want to operate on me in a catabolic state (i.e. ketosis). Not sure he really "gets it", but it should be pretty easy for me to go out of ketosis without being a really bad girl.
I had a non-scale victory today. I put on and wore a pair of shorts I haven't been able to wear for about 8 years. Furthermore, they were too tight when I last tried to pry my seriously huge behonkus into them earlier this summer. I really haven't lost much weight (about 4lbs) between the last weigh-in when I tried them on. I think the credit goes to the 4.5 inches I've lost in the CR Reset the past 3 weeks. I will weigh in and measure for the official count tomorrow. I hope it will show an even bigger loss of inches. Don't really understand why the scale hasn't moved in accordance with the tape measure.
This was my last day of the CR Reset, but I will still be following the eating windows and wake/sleep windows. I "think" I've noticed a significant difference in my sleep/wake. Hunger sessation is huge!
