Big Taco Salad (3c Iceberg Lettuce, 6 Grape Tomatoes, 1/2 small Avocado, 1/4c Taco Meat, 3 Tbsp Salsa, 2 Tbsp Sour Cream, 1/2oz Cheddar Cheese shredded)

Notes - Slept a little better last night. Had some asthma before bed, but my numbers are still staying out of the danger zone. I think a large part of this may have been yeast infection in my mouth and throat.
I did break the CRR. For the first time in quite a while, I woke at 2am in pain and got up. I turned on lights and I was hungry. I didn't even think to control it but started eating. Before I was done, I had eaten about 3oz of Rotisserie Chicken, skin free - cuz I hate rubbery skin. At least it was only chicken! I guess since it was after midnight, I will count it in today's calories.
I will chalk it up to blood sugar swings from the meds and nothing more. Funny though, I was hungry before bed and just resisted eating. And even though I ate in the middle of the night, the scale continues to move back down to pre-test weight. If I hadn't eaten, I'm certain I would be back under 220lbs again. That's ok, though. It will come. I'm patient.
We have a leak in our cieling over the kitchen. It's got to be a pipe somewhere since it's linked to our ac unit. But the wierd thing is that it's between the floor joist between 1st and second floor. Pretty bummed and pretty certain that is contributing to my asthma since I'm very allergic to mildew. Hopefully the guy will be able to find the leak and fix it before too much damage is done.
