Wake - 7:30am
Breakfast (12:30pm) - 3c Decaff Coffee, black, unsweetened
4oz Greek Yogurt with 1 Tbsp SF DaVinci Vanilla Syrup
10 Bing Cherries
1/4 scoop Chia Seeds
Lunch (3:30pm) - 1 oz Crispy Nuts
1/4 GS Apple
2 Mozzarella String Cheese
Dinner (7pm) - 1 Stuffed Tatuma Squash + 1/2 Stuffed Pepper (3/4c Ground Chuck, Onion, RBPepper, Mushroom, 2-1/2oz Cheese)
Bed - 10:00 pm
Notes - Starving for dinner. Should have made a side salad but was too tired to do it. Have been cooking all week and putting things in the deep freezer to prepare for surgery. Back and bone pain hurts so badly. May have to break down and take a vicodan tonight.
