1 Side Salad (1c Romaine, 1/8c Red Onion, 1/8c Red Bell Pepper, 1/4 small Avocado, 1/4c Cucumber, 1 cu in Blue Cheese, 2Tbsp WF Dressing)
Bed - 11pm
Notes - Fridays are meatless, fasting days for religious reasons.I was going to make fish, but I found a worm in the fish! Ewwww! I am so grossed out by it, I might never eat fish again! I don't have a lot to say other than I'm really tired of gaining and losing the same 5lbs.
