Breakfast - 3c Decaff Coffee, black, unsweetened
Lunch - Fasting For DD
Dinner (6pm) - Chicken Linguine Alfredo with Mushrooms and Broccoli (3oz Chicken, 4oz Broccoli, 2 servings Linguine Shiritaki Noodles, 3 Laughing Cow Garlic Herb Cheese, 1 fl oz Dry Vermouth, 2 tsp Parmesan Cheese, 1-1/2Tbsp Olive Oil).
Dessert (6:45pm) - 1/2c SF Strawberry Banana Jello
Bed - 10:45pm
Notes - Easy down day today. No appetite. Have been reading more about fasting and am going to see how I continue to do Fasting every other day until dinner. Then eating my 500cal dinner. We'll see how it goes. I generally have a better appetite suppression when I fast as opposed to eating small meals. I'm still keeping the 11am-7pm eating window and still keeping the wake-sleep window of 11pm-6-7am.
With JUDDD, it's pretty natural to bounce up and down on weight loss, so I don't stress when I'm up a pound or two after an UD. And I'm pretty used to getting down to 225, then bouncing! We'll see what happens tomorrow.
Dinner was just "meh". I don't like fake food. The fake cheese was a leftover from earlier in the year when I wanted to experiment with Laughing Cow. It all has a fake chemical taste to me. I'd rather just not eat it than eat it and taste that lingering aftertaste. I'd rather not put it in my body. But it needed to be used up. Still can't willingly throw food away.
Had one of those funky "hard" chicken breasts again. It's like the meat was in contracture and was grisly textured. The other cb was soft and tender. I had to throw the one cb away it was so bad. So Denny and I split the other and it made plenty with a bit leftover for lunch today. Total weight was 2.5lbs of raw bird between the two breasts, so plenty to share.
