Breakfast (12:30pm) - 1 Beef Rib (about 1-1/2oz Ribeye meat on it)
1 oz Crispy Walnuts
8 Grape Tomatoes
Lunch (3:30pm) - 2 Tbsp Peanut Butter
1 serving Pork Rinds
1-1/2 oz Cheddar Cheese
10 Bing Cherries
Dinner (6:30pm) - 1 Grilled Chicken Salad from Amazon Grill - no pita
4 SF Easter Candy Eggs, homemade
Bed - 11:30pm
Notes: Busy day of chores today. Woke in lots of pain. Slept fairly soundly though with only 2 waking episodes. Feel full of energy though today which is odd, even through the pain.
Made a batch of Revolution Rolls for dinner with friends tonight. We're havin' burgers, so I'm prepared.
Am trying not to belabor "the decision" any more. Will make a call to the doc on Monday to discuss one more time and then will live with the decision.
We were gonna have burgers and ended up going out to Amazon Grill where I had a Grilled Chicken Salad with bacon and avocado and a creamy jalapeno ranch dip. I was totally good and ate on plan. No cheatsies and no temptations even though they had chips and fried plantains to choose from. Luckily it was a self serve chip bar and so it was easy just to refrain from going over and getting a bowl of chips or plantains. I woulda had a burger but ended up forgetting to bring my buns - which look AWESOME btw!
