Nutritional Totals - Cals, gF, gC, gFiber, gP, gNet Carbs
Wake - 7am
Breakfast (11:30am) - 3c Decaff Coffee, black, unsweetened
2 Hard Boiled Eggs
10 Bing Cherries
Lunch (3:30pm) - 1 oz Crispy Walnuts
1 oz String Cheese, PS Mozzarella
Dinner (7:45pm) - 2 Pulled Pork Street Tacos - homemade lc (2 LC SF Tortillas, 1/2shredded Cabbage, 1/3c Onion & Jalapeno, 1/4c Cilantro, 1 wedge Lime, 3oz Pork Shoulder
Bed - 11pm
Notes - Today begins the third week of the Circadian Rhythm reset. I'm not pleased about the scale being up from the original weight in date. Think I'm up by 2.8lbs. But I think the scale could be a lying bastage. Why? Well, because I've lost inches during the last two weeks, and that's something that hasn't been happening, despite the scale number moving. So I think something is at work behind the scenes and per Dr. Atkins, I cannot call this a gain or a stall.
I finally slept well last night. Think I only woke up one time. Yay!!!
Still not alot of appetite today. So I decided to just "go with it" as I mentioned yesterday. I'm not gonna force myself to eat unless I'm hungry. Eventually the scale will get tired of this and will move. And no, I don't have annorexia. Believe me, when I'm hungry, I'm an eater!
Since beginning this experiment here's what's happened:
Scale Up 2.8lbs (grrrr!)
Down - Foobs (-1.5 in)
Waste - (-1 in)
Hips - (2 in)
That's HUGE! So I've lost 4.5 inches in the last 2 weeks, despite the scale showing a 2.8lb gain. And I should also mention. I have stopped walking for the time being. It's so hot and I have to wear my lymphedema sleeve which is even hotter!! Even walking indoors at the mall, I can't cool down enough and feel like I'm havin' a heat stroke cuz the sleeve is so derned hot! Wow!
