Breakfast - Skipped for Lunch
Lunch (12pm) - 1 Big Grilled Chicken Cobb Salad (3oz Chicken, grilled, 1 lg Egg, hb, 1 cu in Blue Cheese, 3c Romaine, shredded, 3slices Tomato, 1/4c Cucumber, 1/8c Red Onion, 1/4 med Avocado, 2 Tbsp Garlic Aoli Dressing
Dinner (6pm) - 4oz Beef Back Ribs, grilled
3c Caesar Salad (3c Romaine, 2Tbsp Caesar Dressing, homemade-Egg Yolk, Lemon Juice, Anchovy, Garlic, Dijon, Tabasco, Worcestershire, 1Tbsp Parmesan, 1/2 LC/HiFib Biscuit)
Bed - 10
Notes - Woke twice during the night due to pain but overall, felt like I slept more deeply. It's now taken over a week to get that feeling of restfullness after travelling and being off schedule last weekend. I'm still not fully able to observe the time limits of sleep and feed schedules. That's how much last weekend disrupted my schedule. Pretty exhausted today despite waking feeling rested. Shouldn't have eaten dinner. Had no hunger but still overate.
Think my dinner portions are too big proportionately. But don't know how to address this with an abbreviated eating window. Don't know if I'm supposed to be spreading meals equally over 3 meals or 2 meals and a snack.
I'm also having difficulty reducing my fats to their usual 40-60% level. 60% isn't as hard, but getting them lower is prooving difficult. I have no desire to do it.
