Wake - 7:30am
Breakfast (11:30am) - 8 Bing Cherries, fresh
4oz Greek God's Yogurt, full fat
1/4 scoop Chia Seeds
1 Tbsp SF DaVinci Vanilla Syrup
Lunch (3pm) - 1 Tbsp Peanut Butter with 1 med Stalk Celery
1 Tbsp Hummus with 1/2c Red Bell Pepper
1 wedge Laughing Cow Garlic Cheese with 1 med Stalk Celery
1 lg Egg, hardboiled
Dinner - 3oz Beef, Rib, grilled
1 Caesar Salad (1c Romaine, 2 Tbsp Caesar Dressing, homemade, 1/2 LCHiFib Biscuit Croutons, 1Tbsp Parmesan Cheese)
6 small Asparagus Spears
1 tsp Butter
Bed - 11pm
Notes - Had a BAD night. Was up and down, awake and dozing all night long! Grrrr! High pain night. Couldn't get comfortable and almost took a Vicodan. Don't want to take an opioid because it just wrecks my weight loss and also because it slows elimination so badly. Scale shows I'm up, but am almost certain that is water retention. I see it in my fat reading on the scale and also in my hands and puffy face. Also worth mentioning, I've now been back on inhaled steroids for a full 30 days as of today. It usually stops my weight loss pretty dead in its tracks after 2 weeks on the med. I've pretty much experienced that in the last 2 weeks.
Not a lot of appetite today and decided I'm not going to force food down if I'm not hungry. It will be interesting to see if my appetite returns with dinner as it has been doing all week. If that happens, then tomorrow I will deliberately set out to split calories equally between 3 meals to see if I find the solution to the huge dinner meals I have eaten this past week.
Pain level was very high all day. No meds for it.
