1c Decaff Coffee, 1tsp EVCO (ExVirgin Coconut Oil), 1Tbsp Heavy Cream, 1/2tsp Cinnamon, ground

1 slice Oven-fried Green Tomato, leftover (1 slice 3" Green Tomato, 2 Tbsp Pork Rind Flour, 1 Tbsp Parmesan, Olive Oil Spray)
Lunch - 2oz Pork Shoulder, lean and fat eaten, roasted
1oz Gouda Cheese
2oz Baby Carrots
6 Grape Tomatoes
1oz Crispy Walnuts
Dinner - 3c FauxPho (3c Bone Broth, 3oz Ground Turkey, 2 large Mushrooms, 1/2 lg Zucchini, 1/2 sm Yellow Squash, 1-1/2serv Shiritaki Rice, 1/2oz Snowpea Pods, 1 clove Garlic, 1tsp Ginger, grated, 1/2Tbsp Sesame Oil, 1 tsp Sambal Oelek
1/2 LC/HiFi Southern Biscuit with 1 tsp Butter
Bed - 11pm
Notes - Had some issues going to sleep last night. Had fewer waking episodes after falling asleep. Woke at 5am with pain. Laid in bed and dozed until 6am. A little head hunger last night and a desire for something snacktastic. But resisted the urge. Zero hunger this morning and no problem deferring feeding until the eating window opened. First meal began with Cinnamon, Coconut Cream Coffee at 11:45am.
Went to sleep easily. Was very tired and felt puffy after dinner. Woke only once at 3:30am but had to move into the recliner chair due to pain.
