Breakfast (11:15am) - 3c Decaff Coffee, black, unsweetened
1 Spinach, Mushroom, Cheese Omelet (2 lg Eggs, 3oz Mushrooms, 1-1/2oz Baby Spinach, 1/2oz Red Bell Pepper, 1/2oz Cheese, 1/2clove Garlic, 1/2tsp Bacon Grease)

Lunch (3:30pm) - 1oz Pepperoni, Boar's Head Sandwich Style

Dinner - 1 Chicken Breast Provencal (3oz Chicken Breast, skin not eaten; 1/4recipe Provencal Sauce: 2 Tbsp Purple Onion, 1/2Tbsp Capers, 9 Nicoise Olives, 1oz Grape Tomatoes, 1/2Tbsp Olive Oil, 2Tbsp Dry Vermouth)
1/3c Corn on Cob, removed with 1/2 tsp Butter
1/2c Kale with 1 clove garlic & 1 tsp Olive Oil
1/2 - 3" Tomato, sliced
1/2 small Haas Avocado
Bedtime - 10pm
Notes - I figured the scale would be up with water weight today due to high glycemic detours this weekend. I ate too much fruit and had two many high carb bites of things. Overall, I kept the serving sizes very small and overall carbs were low for the weekend. But, they still showed up on the scale this morning with a gain. This was a family celebration weekend along the lines of a Christmas celebration.
I took my measurements because I will be taking them weekly for grins during this test. I was totally shocked to see this big of a loss in inches! I lost 1 inch in my boobs and if you remember, the boobs are 850ml water expanders bilaterally. They don't change size! But the loss would be in back and side fat and fluid retention in that area. A 1" loss because of this, is HUGE! I also lost 1/2" in my waist and 1" in my bum. Again, HUGE!
