4 Sweet Potato Oven Fries
Bed - 11pm
Notes - Woke at 6:30 but laid in bed until 7am. Slept with only a couple of waking incidents. Still not 100% on "schedule", but working towards it.
Oversalted kale last night and ate my one summer corn indulgence last night. I keep quantity very low but that 1 ear split between me and Denny over a couple of meals is very satisfying and somehow helps to keep me from feeling deprivation.
I'm definitely an omnivore and love my meat, but I also adore veggies. The summer has always been a season I look forward to because of the fresh produce and abundance of delicious summer delicacies. I no longer indulge in summer watermelons and now that I'm aware of my food sensitivity to cantaloupes, I guess I won't get to enjoy them any longer either. But I am not a personal candidate for VLC (near-zero carb) dieting.
Had burgers again last night. The family is nuts about burgers from the grill. I must admit, they satisfy my need for meat! I don't feel like I'm dieting when I eat this kind of food!
