Monday - JUDDD - Down Day (Goal 500cals)
Weight - 239.4
Mood - 8
Pain - 5
Exercise - Lymphedema Therapy
I will be brief in the coming days as I'm typing one handed. I have to keep my hand and arm bound to try to get rid of the lymphedema in my left arm.
Sucky day. Car probs. Money probs. Didn't hold to my Down Day. Excuses, excuses. But I was only one bad dog ride away from cheating with dinner at Chuy's last night.
Only one problem...no budget to eat out! Plus, no desire to make a spectacle of myself with the bandages. That's all the world needs - a fluffy one armed chix shovellin' tortilla chips down her gob!
