Didn't make my down day goal yesterday. I'm finding it tough to find the right eating schedule and when I do eat, I'm so starving it's difficult to make my mind comply with limits. I'm feeling irritated that in addition to this unwieldy bandage on my arm that makes everything slower and harder, it's
Christmas and I can't just eat what when I want - even if that's simple low carb! I hate that I'm so broken, I can't lose weight eating a "normal" low carb diet.
And fasting through the day, eating only 1 meal at night isn't working. I'm just too hungry right now with the increased exercise and pain. Grrrrrr.
